OBJECTIVE: Empowering Communities Through Action
Hurix helps empower people through its CSR programs, ethical governance, and environmental initiatives. The main objective of the CSR Policy is to lay down guidelines for Hurix Systems Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Company’) to make CSR as one of the key focus on making a positive contribution to society through high impact sustainable programs. This Policy covers current as well as proposed CSR activities to be undertaken by the Company and examining their alignment with Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013 as amended from time to time. It covers the CSR activities which are being carried out in India only and includes strategy that defines plans for future CSR activities.
TARGETED SECTORS
We Hurixians vision to create value for the nation, enhance quality of life across the entire spectrum and build an inclusive India.
The Company proposes to implement its CSR activities in various sectors like :
Healthcare
Education
Facilities for Senior Citizens
Medical Aid
Old Age Homes.
The Company will review the sectors from time to time and make additions/ deletions/ clarifications to the above sectors.
CSR INITIATIVES
In line with Schedule VII of the Act and the CSR Rules, the Company shall undertake CSR activities included in its Annual CSR Plan, as recommended by the CSR Committee at the beginning of each year. The Committee is authorized to approve any modification to the existing Annual CSR Plan or to propose any new program during the financial year under review.
Assisi Bhavan
Assisi Bhavan is an old Age Home which brings peace of mind and happiness to elderly in India, and their children like us who care for them.
Lack of adequate care and trusted support for seniors is a real issue in India, that affects us regardless of economic and social status. As a result, most elderly compromise on their needs and lifestyle despite financial independence. Hurixians offered their time and support to the parents and brought smiles on their faces.
Snehwan- A ray of hope
Aims to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for the less fortunate children of farmers and poor families. Snehwan is a movement for those children who are deprived of learning due to adverse situations and surroundings. We believe education is a gift of life; it is the only way to improve the life of underprivileged children, forever.
Hurixians had whole heartedly participated and collected the daily utility provisions like grains, cooking oil and toiletries.
Bala Vihar-In the service of physically challenged special people
Born out of brave dreams for an eternal partnership with children and adults.
These special people were an inspiration for us. They showcased the true spirit of living life while overcoming their challenges. They were happy to be part of the laughter club and joined hands together for the various activities conducted for them.
Helen Keller Institute for Deaf & Deafblind-Give every person every right that you claim for yourself
It’s a premier institute for the education, training and rehabilitation of the Deaf and those who have Multiple Disabilities with Vision Impairment (MDVI), including Deaf blindness in India.
Hurixians volunteered and encouraged the children to actively participate in the Sports event organized for them.
Patriotism needs no word, true emotions of which by these little children.
CanKids KidsCan – The National Society For Change For Childhood Cancer
A NGO working across the entire spectrum of Childhood Cancer Care. They provide holistic support to a child with cancer, from the moment of detection, through diagnosis, treatment and after.
Hurix has extended their support to the NGO by donating Rs.5 lakh for medical assistance of these kids which will help towards timely medical attention.
Corporate Social Responsibility is the continuing commitment by business to behave ethically and contribute to economic development while improving the quality of life of the workforce and their families as well as of the local community and society at large.
